How long will it take to get a response?
As a one-woman business, I kindly ask for 2–3 business days to respond to messages or inquiries. I typically do not respond on weekends or holidays unless I’m teaching a class or attending an event.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected.

Can I return or exchange Items?
Please note that due to the unique nature of yarn—including variations in volume, texture, and dye lots—we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care to ensure your items are of the highest quality when they leave our care, but once shipped, we can’t guarantee the conditions they may be exposed to.
All purchases are final.Thank you for your understanding!

Do you match dye lots?
Yes, we always try to send skeins from the same dye lot. If we can’t fulfill your order with a matching lot, we’ll contact you before shipping.

Can I order a specific dye lot?
If you're trying to match a previous purchase, contact us with the lot number and we’ll do our best to help. This Is not something we can guarantee.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Please use our Contact Us form to let us know what you're looking for. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to bring every idea to life, it never hurts to ask!
